Consent to Data Collection and Use

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services constitutes your consent to the collection, processing, supplementation, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including information collected automatically and information obtained from publicly available or third-party sources.

Information We Collect

We may collect personally identifiable and professional information about you, such as your full name, phone number, email address, occupation, specialty taxonomy, National Provider Identification ("NPI") number, or similar details, when you register for an account, through your use of the Services, or through supplementation from publicly available or third-party sources.

If you choose to purchase a product, we or our third-party payment processors will collect your payment information.

We use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, administer the site, remember user settings, provide authentication, measure usage, and support advertising. These technologies may also be used by our advertising partners to deliver relevant ads, limit how often you see an ad, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

We may combine information we automatically gather with other data collected during your use of the Services, as well as information obtained from publicly available or third-party sources (such as publicly available NPI data from NPPES), which may be associated with your account.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and Improve Services - To create and manage your account, deliver our core features, and maintain secure access to the platform.
  • Communicate With You - To send important updates about your account, service announcements, or customer support messages.
  • Security and Compliance - To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Analytics and Performance - To analyze trends, track usage, and understand how our services are used so we can improve functionality, usability, and reliability.
  • Legal and Business Needs - To enforce our Terms of Service, resolve disputes, or in connection with business transfers such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
  • Advertising and Marketing - Some services may be supported by advertising or sponsorships. To deliver relevant professional focused advertisements, we may use contextual information, professional attributes (such as specialty or role), and provider-related information derived from publicly available or third-party sources, including National Provider Identifiers (NPIs), in addition to cookies and similar technologies. NPIs and other provider identifiers are used to support verified healthcare professional audiences and advertising relevance and are not associated with patient data. Protected Health Information (PHI) is never used or disclosed for advertising purposes.
  • How We Share Your Information

  • With Your Consent - We may share information for purposes not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy if you provide clear and explicit consent at the time of such sharing.
  • With Service Providers - We share information with trusted vendors and partners who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, security, and advertising delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • For Legal, Security, and Compliance - We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or ensure the safety of users and the public.
  • In Business Transfers - If we undergo a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments of this Privacy Policy.
  • For Advertising and Analytics - We may share limited technical and usage data (such as cookie identifiers, device information, or general location) with advertising and analytics partners to deliver relevant ads, measure performance, and improve campaigns. Advertising relevance may be determined using professional or provider-related attributes, including specialty, role, or other information derived from publicly available or third-party sources, such as National Provider Identifiers (NPIs). Provider identifiers may be included in advertising workflows in hashed form to support advertising delivery, measurement, and verification. Advertisers and analytics partners do not receive Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient data.
  • Security

We take your privacy and data security seriously and use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. Sensitive data is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To strengthen protections, we conduct internal security audits and also engage third-party firms for independent assessments.

    Compromise of Personal Information

In the event that personal information is compromised as a breach of security, ET Labs will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.

    Retention Of Your Information

If you have an account with us, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. If you are a visitor, we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our site.

    Business Transfers

In the event that ET Labs undergoes a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information and Protected Health Information (PHI) collected may be transferred to the successor entity as part of the transaction. The successor will be required to honor this Privacy Policy and applicable legal standards, including HIPAA, and may only use such information to continue delivering substantially the same services to existing customers.

    Notifications

It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business-related purposes, to you via email, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting as determined by ET Labs in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, provided that you may opt-out of specific means of notification as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page. If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately.
